We dive in and get into the nitty-gritty depths of you.

Then we start the reprogramming.
And with that comes the work.
We can shift so much energy in an hour, but YOU have to take the initiative and do the work outside of our work.

Investment
This is not a low-ticket offer. You’re investing in yourself, my craft, and the tools and support to help you shift your reality. Depending on your personalized journey, be prepared to invest anywhere from the mid-four figures to the low-five figures. Your journey is unique, and your investment will reflect the level of support and the container we create together.
How do I know if this is right for me?
This is for you if you’re ready to go deeper, meet the parts of yourself you’ve been avoiding, and take ownership of your growth. You aren’t looking for someone to fix you. You’re looking for someone who can hold space for you, call you out when needed, help you see your blind spots, and walk alongside you as you create change.
What does the process actually look like?
No two journeys look the same. We get intentional about what you desire, where you are now, and what’s standing between the two. From there, we customize your experience using Reiki, breathwork, somatic practices, coaching, and other tools based on what you need. You’ll also have support and practices to integrate the work into your everyday life.
What if I’m already doing the work?
You don’t have to be starting from scratch to work with me. Maybe you’ve been doing this work for years, but you’re ready to go deeper, break through another layer, and have someone help you see what you can’t see yourself. You’re not coming to me because I have all the answers. You’re coming because you value having someone in your corner who can challenge you, support you, and help you expand.
